| Lori Rudalavage opened LA Mortgage in 2001. Prior to opening
LA Mortgage, she was a Mortgage Originator/Supervisor at a Local Bank for 13 years. She
decided to leave banking and go into the mortgage business because of the continuous
changes in the market. As a mortgage broker, we are able to place clients with different
lenders and offer them products that a bank does not.Lori Rudalavage is also a Certified
Credit Counselor, and is able to work directly with a consumer to help repair their
credit. Lori has over 20 years experience in reading and analyzing credit
reports and can help you get back on track with an improved credit score. Lori is a graduate of the University of Scranton, Scranton, Pennsylvania, majoring in Finance & Business. Her Professional Memberships include Greater Scranton Board of Realtors, Lackawanna County Builders Association, Scranton Chamber of Commerce, Abington Business and Professional Association, Lakeland PTA, and The Margery Council for Republican Women. She resides at Newton Lake, with her husband Alan, and children Mara & AJ. |

John G. Martines serves as Chairman of LA Mortgage Services. As Chairman, Martines is responsible for the marketing, advertising and new business development for the company. Mr. Martines served as President and CEO of LA Bank for 21 years. Following LA Bank's merger with NBT Bank in 2000, Martines served as Chairman of Pennstar Bank. Martines is Past President of the Board of Marian Community Hospital and Past President of the Board and current board member of Penn State Worthington Scranton Campus. During his career in banking, Martines served on the board of directors of various civic and charitable organizations. Martines is a graduate of the University of Scranton and resides with his wife Cheryl at Newton Lake. |

Bob Glasgow began his career in the mortgage business in 1997. Bob is one of the original members of the LA Mortgage Services team. Shortly after joining LA Mortgage in 2001, Bob became manager of LA’s first branch in Hawley. While not limited to Pike County, Bob solicits most of his mortgages in the Lake Wallenpaupack area, where he was born and raised. Bob is a Navy Veteran and resides in Hawley with his wife Fawn. |

Steve joined LA Mortgage Services in 2008 after being employed for many years as a sales representative for a regional lender. Steve comes to LA with over 20 years of experience in both the wholesale and retail side of mortgage lending. Steve is experienced in FHA lending, Construction lending and commercial mortgage loans. Steve resides at Crystal Lake with his wife Alicia, and two children Zoe and Amelia. Graduate of Marywood College majoring in Finance and Business |

Karen joins LA Mortgage Services with many years' experience in the mortgage and financial services industry. She initially marketed credit reports, mortgage and title services to the lending industry before becoming an account executive with a major wholesale lender. Most recently, Karen worked directly with consumers as a branch manager with a mortgage banker providing FHA, VA, conventional and construction loans. She is a previous chapter director for the PA Association of mortgage brokers receiving their distinguished service award for 2006-2007 . She resides in Shavertown with her husband, Dr. Victor Labbate. |

Phil joined LA Mortgage in early 2009 after spending his entire professional career in banking and finance. Phil's experience in the mortgage arena makes him a valuable asset to the LA Mortgage Team. Born and raised in the Midvalley, Phil has the knowledge of the area and the local mortgage market. Phil lives in Jessup with his wife, Terri, a Valley View School Teacher. |

Jack Voorhees returned to LA Mortgage in 2008. He has over 20 years of experience in consumer and mortgage lending. He has also served as Executive Director of the Better Business Bureau serving Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania for 10 years. Most of Jacks clients are from Monroe, Lackawanna and Wyoming counties. In addition to conventional loans, Jack is experienced in FHA lending, construction loans and investment properties. He enjoys working with first time home owners and aware of many grant and special loan programs they may qualify for. Jack also specializes in Hard Money loans to fit a unique situation you may have. If you need a solution for a temporary loan, or have a loan that just "makes sense" but your bank won't do it, Jack may be able to place your loan with one of our many Hard Money outlets. Originally from Dickson City, she now resides in Dunmore with her 3 dogs, Magic, Ginger, and Isabelle. |
